Age appropriate activities are available during all services. Each area strives to partner with parents in developing an approach that will make children feel welcome and ready to engage. Our environments are filled with energy, love and acceptance. We teach children to know that God loves them as well as what can happen when they show that love to others. Hope Kids kids check-in begins, no earlier than, 15 minutes before each service. Hope Kids check-in times are 9am & 10:45am on Sunday mornings.
NURSERY (BIRTH - 23 MONTHS)
While parents enjoy the adult services, they can rest assured that their babies are being held, rocked and receiving personal care in our safe and nurturing environment. We introduce even our littlest ones to the love of Jesus. We sing to them and we speak a monthly scripture over them knowing the word of the Lord never returns back void.
PRESCHOOL (2 YEARS - 4 YEARS)
Preschoolers love to learn, which is why each preschool classroom provides interactive learning experiences in a colorful and engaging atmosphere. At HOPE Kids each week we gather the preschoolers for a time of assembly. We worship with age-appropriate music videos, interactive bible story and memory verse illustration with motions. Preschoolers learn God’s Word in bite-size bits. We offer classrooms for 2-year-olds, 3-year-olds, and 4-year-olds. Our desire while they play and interact with their friends is that they will learn that God loves them and cares about them.
ELEMENTARY (5K – 4th GRADE)
Elementary aged kids are checked in at the check-in kiosk. If you’re a guest, we’ll help you get acquainted at the guest side of the kiosk. Greeters will accompany you to your child’s room and answer any questions you may have.
HOPE ELEMENTARY ASSEMBLY
In the classroom, kids will experience kid led worship, prayer, Bible stories, memory verses, games, and activities all designed to help them grow in relationship with Jesus and each other.
During the 1st service, all of our elementary kids worship together in the Next Gen Auditorium and all ages are picked up in this room.
During the 2nd service, all of our elementary kids worship together in the Next Gen Auditorium and then attend a grade specific Bible small group. Students will be picked up in this area at the conclusion of the service.
Your child’s safety is important to us. Each week you check your child in, you will receive a randomly assigned number that will be used to pick up your child. If you lose your child’s corresponding tag, you’ll need to present identification to pick up your child.
If your child has food or environmental allergies, that information will be entered into our computer and will print on your child’s name tag each time you check in. Make sure to let us know of any unique concerns at check-in.
If your child would like to be water baptized, you can sign them up online and attend a short class with them.
Our special needs ministry, supports parents and families with elementary aged special needs children. Each Sunday during the second service, a designated volunteer will sit with special needs kids in the elementary service. This volunteer will help your child participate in the service, use strategies to help your child stay focused, and help your child to make friends in the elementary area.
Each week, photographers capture moments from Hope Kids events and programs. If you would like to request that your photo or your child’s photo not be used in print materials or on the web, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
