Tony and Tami Cribb: Founding Pastors

Dr. Tony L. Cribb is the Founding and Senior Pastor of Hope Church. Hope Church is a growing multi-ethnic church with a passion to lead people into the life-giving presence of God. Tony earned a BA in Finance from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Texas, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Christian Life School of Theology in Georgia. Tony has been in ministry for over thirty years. God has given him a vision to reach people across the Upstate and around the world with a simple message of hope. Tony’s practical approach to teaching the timeless truths of God’s Word is refreshing and encouraging.

Tony and his wife, Tami, have been married 35 years and have 4 children: Jordan and her husband Tony and their son Jake; Holden and his wife Courtney; Christina and her husband Jason and their sons Ian and Ezra; and Jonathan who lives in Heaven. Tony and Tami enjoy traveling, reading, long walks on the beach, green tea lattes, their dog Orie and especially spending time with their family.

Rich Butler: Lead Pastor

As Lead Pastor, Rich leads and oversees the Lead Team (ministry department heads) and assists Pastor Tony in vision and preaching. Rich graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Charleston Southern University and an MDiv from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been in ministry for 13 years. He and his wife, JoAnna, have been married for 17 years and have 4 kids: Ella Tays, Mary Ellis, Mac, and Camp. Rich loves pumpkin spice lattes, reading, football, scented candles, shooting and eating chicken wings.
