The Bible

In its entirety is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and the only infallible rule of faith and conduct. Human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit, wrote it. (Psalm.19:7-11; Proverbs. 30:5; 2 Timothy. 3:16-17).

Is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Genesis. 1:26; Matthew. 3:16-17 & 28:19).

Jesus Christ

Is God the Son, the 2nd person of the Trinity. On earth He was 100% God and 100% man. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death on the cross and His bodily resurrection. He ascended to heaven and will return again to earth to reign as King of kings. (Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:26-35; John 1:1-5, 14).

Holy Spirit

Works to convict people of sin, save and indwell the repentant believer, guide true believers in all truth and to give spiritual gifts. The operation of spiritual gifts and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit are for all believers today as promised. (Matthew. 3:11; Luke 11:13; John 7:37-39 & 16:7-14; Acts 2:1-4, 8:14-17, 10:44-47 & 19:1-6; 1 Corinthians. 12 & 14).

Human Beings

We believe in the creation, test and fall of man as recorded in Genesis. In his natural state man is a sinner, lost, without hope and unable to obtain righteousness. (Romans 3:19-23 & 5:12,18; Ephesians. 2:1-3,12).

Is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it by faith. First, there must be repentance from sin and then faith towards Jesus Christ. Righteousness results from our faith in the blood of Jesus and is totally separate from our works. (John 14:6; Acts 3:19 & 4:12; Romans. 3:23-24, 5:17-19 & 6:23; 2 Corinthians. 5:21; Ephesians. 2:8,9).

Great Commission

Jesus’ Last Command, Our First Priority. We believe in the responsibility of every believer to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. (Matthew. 28:19-20; Mark 16: 15-20; Acts 1:8; 2:40-41, 47).

The Father’s will is that believers become whole, healthy and successful in all areas of life. Because of the Fall, many may not receive the full benefits of God’s will while on earth. That fact should never prevent all believers from seeking the full benefits of Christ’s provision in order to serve others.

• Spiritual (John 3:3-11; Romans 10:9-10; 2 Corinthians.5:17-21).
• Mental/Emotional (Isaiah 26:3; Romans.12:2; Philippians 4:7-8; 2 Timothy.1:7).
• Financial (Malachi 3:10-11; Luke6:38; 2 Corinthians.9:6-10; Philippians 4:19).

Divine Healing

Is for today and is part of God’s plan of salvation. Healing of the sick is illustrated in the life and ministry of Jesus and included in Jesus’ commission to His disciples. (Psalm. 103:2-3; Isaiah 53:5; Matthew. 8:16-17; Mark 16:17-18; Acts 8:6-7; 1 Corinthians. 12:9, 28; James 5:14-15).

1. We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus commanded this for all who believed in Him. (Matthew. 28:19; Acts 2:38, Romans. 6:3-7; Colossians. 2:11-15).
2. We believe in observing the Lord’s Supper (communion) as a memorial to Jesus’ death, resurrection and second coming. (Luke 22:13- 22; 1 Corinthians. 11:23-32).
3. Baby Dedication. (1 Samuel 1:21-28).

Second Coming

We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and unsaved; the saved to everlasting life and the unsaved to everlasting punishment. (Matthew. 24:30- 31; 1 Corinthians. 15:50-58; 1 Thessalonians. 4:13-18; Hebrews. 9:27; Revelation. 20: 4-6,11-15).
